What we collect

If you request an audit, we keep what you type into the form: your name, your business name, your website, your email address, and who your business sells to. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for a limited time. We don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

Why

To build your audit, send it to you, and reply if you write back. That’s it. We don’t add you to a newsletter, we don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t run follow-up sequences.

Where it lives

Your request is stored in Glassbook’s own operating system, the same one that writes the book for clients. Email we send you goes through a transactional email provider. Both are hosted in the United States.

Your choices

• Ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@glassbookagency.com.
• Any email we send you includes a way to say “don’t contact me again,” and we honor it.
